I found a new painting video last night and a book on it, rolling 2-part linear polyurethane, to me it looks like I would need to practice but looks doable, I plan on not spraying the interior, spraying inside of a cabin would not be fun.

Rolling and tipping works well if you pick the right paint system.  And ... spraying inside the house/cuddy (and inside various chambers in the boat) isn't bad if you use what's called a "detail gun" that's designed for all-angles and close-up work.

For the inside sides and roof of my cuddy and the roof of my pilot house I'm going to try using hull liner. It cuts down on condensation, insulates, and will go on right over epoxy with spray glue eliminating hours of fairing, sanding, priming, and painting.
