As for the email confirmation not showing up ... I've heard this twice lately but have not received any 'bounced email' alerts. I'll look into it. In the meantime, I just 'confirmed' your email FOR you and you should be able to log in and download plans now. I also forced a couple of 'your account has been updated' emails to you ... let me know if you see them (pls)!
