My other boat (the aluminum one)
« on: December 04, 2020, 06:04:46 PM »
My primary boat for the last 16 years has been my 2004 Thunder Jet Luxor with Suzuki outboards. Its been a great boat and has been everywhere from Wallowa Lake to Gold Beach to the Columbia River. Ive crossed the Columbia, Tillamook and Yaquina Bay bars with it and have gone out 30 miles looking for tuna - on nice days. Its well equipped now and has been a joy to own and operate. Last winter I added the tower, radar, MFD, required most of the electronics and added new terminal buses, LEDs, usb charge ports and other niceties. I may sell it next year depending on finances and how the GA 28 goes, but itll be nice to have a smaller boat for central Oregon when I retire here in a year.

Heres a video of me walking through it, done as a safety video for work.
